微機繼電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)測試儀是保(bao)證(zheng)電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統安全可(ke)靠運(yun)行的(de)重要(yao)測(ce)試工具(ju),廣(guang)泛應用(yong)於線(xian)路保(bao)護(hu)、主變(bian)差(cha)動保(bao)護(hu)、勵磁(ci)控制(zhi)等(deng)領(ling)域(yu)。該設(she)備采用(yong)高速(su)DSP數(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)處(chu)理(li)器(qi)為(wei)核(he)心,結(jie)合(he)雙(shuang)12位(wei)DAC和(he)高性能線(xian)性放(fang)大(da)器(qi),輸出精度高、波形質量(liang)好,性能穩(wen)定。它支(zhi)持(chi)六相(xiang)電(dian)流、六相(xiang)電(dian)壓同時輸出,可(ke)方便對備自(zi)投裝(zhuang)置和(he)微機差(cha)動保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi)進行試驗,並可(ke)模擬各種復雜(za)故(gu)障類(lei)型,如(ru)瞬(shun)時性、永(yong)9性、轉(zhuan)換性故(gu)障,進行整(zheng)組(zu)試驗。
微機繼電(dian)保(bao)護(hu)測試儀具(ju)有(you)智(zhi)能型主機設(she)計,采用(yong)“光電(dian)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)鼠標”控制(zhi)器(qi),操作簡便,無需復雜(za)鍵(jian)盤(pan)操作。它支(zhi)持(chi)單機獨(du)立運(yun)行和(he)聯(lian)接(jie)電(dian)腦運行兩(liang)種模式(shi),內置(zhi)高性能工(gong)控(kong)機,運行Windows操作系(xi)統,可(ke)實時保(bao)存(cun)測試數(shu)據(ju)、顯(xian)示(shi)矢量圖、繪制(zhi)特性曲(qu)線(xian),並(bing)聯機打印報表(biao)。此外,該設(she)備還(hai)具(ju)備模塊化(hua)設(she)計,插件間(jian)完q獨(du)立,便(bian)於硬件維護(hu)和(he)升級。
1、控制(zhi)數(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)處(chu)理(li)器(qi)微機:采用(yong)高速(su)、高性能數(shu)字(zi)控(kong)制(zhi)處(chu)理(li)器(qi)作為(wei)控制(zhi)微機,軟件(jian)上(shang)應用(yong)雙精度算(suan)法(fa)產(chan)生(sheng)各相(xiang)任(ren)意的(de)高精度波(bo)形。由於采用(yong)壹(yi)體(ti)結(jie)構(gou),各部分(fen)結(jie)合(he)緊密,數(shu)據(ju)傳(chuan)輸距(ju)離(li)短(duan),結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou),克(ke)服了筆(bi)記本(ben)電(dian)腦直(zhi)接(jie)控制(zhi)式(shi)測(ce)控(kong)儀(yi)中(zhong)因數(shu)據(ju)通(tong)信(xin)線(xian)路長、頻帶(dai)窄導(dao)致的輸出波形(xing)點數(shu)少(shao)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。
2、D/A轉換(huan)和(he)低(di)通(tong)濾(lv)波(bo):采用(yong)高速(su)高位D/A轉換器(qi),保(bao)證(zheng)了全範(fan)圍(wei)內電(dian)流、電(dian)壓的精度和(he)線(xian)性。由(you)於D/A分(fen)辨率高和(he)擬合(he)密(mi)度高,波形失真(zhen)小(xiao),諧(xie)波(bo)分(fen)量小(xiao),對低(di)通(tong)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)的要求(qiu)很(hen)低(di),從(cong)而(er)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)好的(de)暫態特性、相(xiang)頻特性、幅(fu)頻特(te)性,易(yi)於實(shi)現精確(que)移(yi)相(xiang)、諧(xie)波(bo)疊加,高頻率時亦(yi)可(ke)保(bao)證(zheng)高的精度。
3、電(dian)壓、電(dian)流放(fang)大(da)器(qi):各相(xiang)電(dian)流、電(dian)壓不采用(yong)升流、升壓器(qi),而(er)采用(yong)直(zhi)接(jie)輸出方式(shi),使(shi)電(dian)流、電(dian)壓源可(ke)直(zhi)接(jie)輸出從(cong)直(zhi)流(liu)到含各種頻率成份(fen)的(de)波形(xing),如(ru)方波、各次諧(xie)波(bo)疊加的(de)組(zu)合(he)波(bo)形(xing),故障暫態波形(xing)等(deng),可(ke)以較(jiao)好(hao)地(di)模擬各種短路故障時的電(dian)流、電(dian)壓特征。功放(fang)電(dian)路采用(yong)進口大(da)功(gong)率高保(bao)真(zhen)模塊式(shi)功(gong)率器(qi)件作功率輸出級,結(jie)合(he)精心(xin)、合(he)理(li)設(she)計的散熱結(jie)構(gou),具(ju)有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)大(da)的(de)功(gong)率冗余和(he)熱(re)容(rong)量。功(gong)放(fang)電(dian)路具(ju)有(you)完備的(de)過(guo)熱、過(guo)流、過(guo)壓及(ji)短路保(bao)護(hu),當電(dian)流回路出現過(guo)流,電(dian)壓回路出現過(guo)載或短(duan)路時,自(zi)動限(xian)制(zhi)輸出功率,關(guan)斷(duan)整(zheng)個(ge)功放(fang)電(dian)路,並給出告警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)顯示(shi)。為(wei)防止(zhi)大(da)電(dian)流下(xia)長(chang)期工(gong)作引起(qi)功放(fang)電(dian)路過(guo)熱,裝置(zhi)設(she)置(zhi)了大(da)電(dian)流下(xia)軟件(jian)限(xian)s,10A及(ji)以下(xia)輸出時裝置可(ke)長期工(gong)作,當電(dian)流超過(guo)10A時,軟件(jian)限(xian)s啟(qi)動,限(xian)s時間(jian)到,軟件(jian)自(zi)動關(guan)閉(bi)功率輸出並給(gei)出告警(jing)指示(shi),輸出電(dian)流越大(da),限(xian)s越短(duan)。
4、開入(ru)、開(kai)出量:開(kai)關(guan)量(liang)輸入(ru)電(dian)路可(ke)兼(jian)容(rong)空(kong)接(jie)點和(he)0~250V電(dian)位接點,電(dian)位方式(shi)時,0~6V為(wei)合(he),11~250V為(wei)分(fen),開關(guan)量(liang)可(ke)以方便地(di)對各相(xiang)開關(guan)觸(chu)頭的動作時間(jian)和(he)動(dong)作時間(jian)差(cha)進行測(ce)量(liang)。開入(ru)部(bu)分(fen)與(yu)主(zhu)機工作電(dian)源、功放(fang)電(dian)源等(deng)均(jun)隔離(li),開(kai)入(ru)地(di)為(wei)懸(xuan)浮(fu)地(di),所(suo)以(yi),開(kai)入(ru)部(bu)分(fen)公(gong)共(gong)端(duan)與(yu)電(dian)流、電(dian)壓部分(fen)公(gong)共(gong)端(duan)UN、IN等(deng)均(jun)不相(xiang)通(tong)。開(kai)關(guan)量(liang)電(dian)位輸入(ru)有(you)方向性,應將(jiang)公(gong)共(gong)端(duan)接(jie)電(dian)位正端(duan),開(kai)入(ru)端(duan)接(jie)電(dian)位負端(duan),保(bao)證(zheng)公(gong)共(gong)端(duan)子電(dian)位高於開(kai)入(ru)端(duan)子,現場(chang)接線時,應將(jiang)開(kai)入(ru)公(gong)共(gong)端(duan)接(jie)+KM,接(jie)點(dian)負端(duan)接(jie)開(kai)入(ru)端(duan)子,如(ru)果(guo)接(jie)反,則(ze)將(jiang)無法(fa)正確(que)檢測(ce)。開出部分(fen)為(wei)繼電(dian)器(qi)空(kong)接(jie)點輸出,輸出容(rong)量為(wei)DC:220V/0.2A,AC:220V/0.5A,開關(guan)量(liang)輸出與(yu)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流、開入(ru)等(deng)各部分(fen)均(jun)完q隔(ge)離(li),各個(ge)開出量的(de)動作過(guo)程在各個(ge)測試模塊中(zhong)各有(you)不(bu)同(tong)。
5、液(ye)晶(jing)顯(xian)示(shi)及(ji)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)鼠標操作:裝置采用(yong)320×240點陣(zhen)高分(fen)辨率蘭色背(bei)光液(ye)晶(jing)顯(xian)示(shi)屏作顯示(shi)器(qi),試驗的全過(guo)程及(ji)試驗結(jie)果(guo)均(jun)在顯(xian)示(shi)屏上(shang)顯示(shi),全套漢字化(hua)操作界面(mian),清(qing)晰美觀(guan),操作控制(zhi)由旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)鼠標和(he)兩(liang)個(ge)按鍵(jian)進行,全部(bu)數(shu)據(ju)及(ji)試驗過(guo)程均(jun)由旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)鼠標在顯(xian)示(shi)屏上(shang)設(she)定,操作簡單方便,極(ji)易(yi)掌握(wo)1。
6、專(zhuan)用(yong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源輸出:裝置(zhi)在機箱底板(ban)上裝(zhuang)設(she)有(you)壹(yi)路專用(yong)可(ke)調直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源輸出,分(fen)110V及(ji)220V兩(liang)檔,可(ke)作為(wei)現場(chang)試驗輔助(zhu)電(dian)源,為(wei)該電(dian)源還設(she)置(zhi)了壹(yi)個(ge)電(dian)位器(qi),可(ke)在80%-110%範(fan)圍(wei)內調(tiao)節(jie),該(gai)電(dian)源額(e)定工(gong)作電(dian)流1.5A,可(ke)作為(wei)保(bao)護(hu)裝置(zhi)的直(zhi)流(liu)工作電(dian)源,也可(ke)作為(wei)跳(tiao)合(he)閘(zha)回路電(dian)源,該電(dian)源如(ru)過(guo)載或短(duan)路,將(jiang)燒(shao)壞相(xiang)應保(bao)險(xian)(2A/250V),此時更換此保(bao)險(xian)管即可(ke)。
7、裝置(zhi)獨(du)立可(ke)調直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源:裝置(zhi)在(zai)機箱底板(ban)上裝(zhuang)設(she)有(you)壹(yi)路可(ke)調直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源輸出,分(fen)110V及(ji)220V兩(liang)檔,可(ke)作為(wei)現場(chang)試驗輔助(zhu)電(dian)源。該電(dian)源還設(she)置(zhi)了壹(yi)個(ge)電(dian)位器(qi),可(ke)在80%-110%範(fan)圍(wei)內調(tiao)節(jie),該(gai)電(dian)源輸出電(dian)流最(zui)大(da)可(ke)達(da)1.5A,底板(ban)上另(ling)裝設(she)有(you)壹(yi)個(ge)散熱(re)風扇、電(dian)源線、接(jie)地(di)端(duan)子和(he)三個(ge)保(bao)險(xian)。三個(ge)保(bao)險(xian)中壹(yi)個(ge)是總電(dian)源保(bao)險(xian)(10A/250V),兩(liang)個(ge)是電(dian)壓回路保(bao)險(xian)(2A/250V)等(deng)。
